Draft

Gabai [1] has systematically committed acts that are incompatible with citizenship of the USSR, and through his anti-social conduct has damaged the prestige of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

The Presidium of the USSR Supreme Soviet decrees:

On the basis of article 7 of the Law “Concerning citizenship of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics” (19 August 1938), Gabai, Ilya Yankelevich, born 1935 in the city of Baku, is to be deprived of citizenship of the USSR for misdeeds that discredit a citizen of the USSR.

Marchenko [2] has committed acts that are incompatible with citizenship of the USSR, and through his anti-social conducted has damaged the prestige of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.

The Presidium of the USSR Supreme Soviet decrees:
