Comr. A. Fava

1. To satisfy the request of the Chairman of the Communist Party of Argentina (CPA) Comr. A. Fava for assistance to the leadership of CPA in manufacturing Argentine passports, identity cards and containers for their transportation and storage.
2. To charge the International department of the CPSU CC with the task of admitting for consideration the requests of CPA leadership as regards manufacturing Argentine passports, identity cards and containers for their transportation and storage, and the State Security Committee of the USSR and the Ministry of Defence of the USSR of manufacturing these items at the order of the International department of the CPSU CC.

Chairman of the Communist party of Argentina Comr. A. Fava has addressed the CPSU CC with the request for assistance in manufacturing Argentine passports, identity cards and containers for their transportation and storage. The need for abovesaid documents and containers is caused by the necessity to carry out clandestine work in the conditions of strengthened activity of secret services, as well by rendering assistance to the Paraguayan Communist Party operating underground.

We would consider it possible to satisfy Comr. A. Fava’s request and to charge the State Security Committee of the USSR and the Ministry of Defence of the USSR with the task of manufacturing the documents and containers at the orders of the International department of the CPSU CC. Approved with Comr. Moiseyev M. A.

Enclosed is the draft resolution by the CPSU CC.
